Preferensi Berhuni dalam Perencanaan Desa Mandiri Energi Berbasis Turbin Mikrohidro dan Panel Surya dengan Pendekatan Hedonic Pricing Method

Instalasi turbin mikrohidro dan panel surya sebagai penyedia listrik di Dusun Ogan Jaya, Desa Sinar Jawa, Lampung menawarkan potensi besar dalam mewujudkan Desa Mandiri Energi (DME). Namun, potensi tersebut belum didukung dengan perencanaan spasial yang terintegrasi. Model perencanaan DME dapat diidentifikasi melalui preferensi berhuni. Dengan teridentifikasinya preferensi berhuni, intervensi perencanaan spasial dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kebiasaan lokal. Penyesuaian tersebut berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan program DME. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi berhuni melalui nilai hunian dengan pendekatan “Hedonic Pricing Method” (HPM). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menguji atribut hunian yang mempengaruhi nilai hunian. Atribut hunian yang diuji, diwakili oleh (1) kemudahan aksesibilitas; (2) fasilitas pendukung DME; (3) hubungan sosial; (4) identitas desa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat belum sepenuhnya memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Namun, hunian yang hemat energi dapat menaikkan nilai hunian. Dalam perencanaannya, hunian harus dekat pusat desa. Masyarakat juga menginginkan rumah tinggal dekat dengan sungai. Model perencanaan DME memerlukan keterlibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dan perencanaan yang matang.
