Authors who publish articles in Jurnal Permukiman agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain the copyright of their articles and grant Jurnal Permukiman the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) License.
  2. Under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License, users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and share the published articles for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal. The articles may not be modified or used to create derivative works without prior permission from the copyright holder.
  3. Authors are free to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that the original publication in Jurnal Permukiman is properly acknowledged.
  4. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal or institutional websites) before and during the submission process, as it can facilitate scholarly communication, lead to productive exchanges, and contribute to earlier and greater citation of published work.
