Abstrak

Proporsi pengeluaran tertinggi rumah tangga adalah dana untuk perumahan, sehingga efisiensi dalam penyediaan perumahan perlu dilakukan melalui penyediaan tempat tinggal yang tepat, pada waktu yang tepat dan dengan orang yang tepat, sehingga tidak terjadi kekosongan rumah, salah satunya melalui penerapan konsep Housing Career. Backlog perumahan saat ini semakin meningkat, meskipun beberapa program subsidi perumahan telah dilaksanakan, salah satu permasalahannya adalah ketidaksesuaian antara permintaan perumahan dinamis dengan pasokan perumahan statis saat ini. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasikan, dan melakukan analisis tematik dari literatur saat ini untuk menciptakan pemahaman tentang karir perumahan. Metode systematic mapping study (SMS) digunakan untuk mengkaji penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan dari waktu ke waktu. Dengan menggunakan metode ini fokus, lokus, jenis penelitian, mengandalkan pemetaan database elektronik Scopus. Selanjutnya diberikan gambaran housing career di Indonesia berdasarkan data sampling skala kota.
