Revisi Model Penilaian Eco-Degree di Kawasan Permukiman Perdesaan Hulu Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS)

Eco-degree (E) adalah satu model penilaian yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai keberlanjutan permukiman perdesaan di hulu Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Hasil penilaian model ini dapat dijadikan masukan dalam penyusunan program penanganan kawasan yang dinilai. Walaupun demikian, terdapat dua catatan untuk model ini : indikasi bahwa model penilaian ini tidak cocok untuk diterapkan pada permukiman hulu DAS di luar Pulau Jawa, dan belum dieksplorasinya posisi model ini terhadap model-model penilaian keberlanjutan kawasan lain yang dikembangkan dalam literatur. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah melakukan verifikasi dan penyempurnaan terhadap keabsahan model sebagai alat untuk menilai keberlanjutan kawasan permukiman perdesaan di hulu DAS yang ada di Pulau Jawa, dan menjelaskan bagaimana posisi model penilaian ini dalam literatur. Pendekatan penelitian explanatory digunakan dalam rangka memenuhi kedua tujuan penelitian ini. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap tiga belas responden, yang juga merupakan responden dalam menyusun kerangka penilaian E. Jawaban responden tersebut akan dianalisis melalui metode boxplot dan selanjutnya diverifikasi melalui forum focused group discussion (FGD). Model yang telah disempurnakan tersebut selanjutnya dikonfrontasikan dengan literatur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa model penilaian E bisa dijadikan alat untuk mengukur keberlanjutan suatu kawasan permukiman perdesaan di hulu DAS yang terdapat di Pulau Jawa. Model penilaian E ini pun relatif konsisten dengan model-model penilaian keberlanjutan kawasan yang didokumentasikan di literatur.Referensi
